I left my job 6 months after I became a Chartered Accountant, and started my own consulting firm, Eudaimia Consulting.

I delivered the following results for the companies I worked with:

1. Developed a cost tool for analyzing cost drivers that was awarded a “Gold Rating” by the Kaizen Team;

2. Developed Effective Annual budgets for the company;

3. Conducting Product cost review;

4. Managing end-to-end ROFO process and development of ROFO tools to drive insights of business performance.
